Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of WordPress websites.
  • Customize WordPress themes and leverage plugins to enhance functionality.
  • Utilize the page builder (example: Elementor) to create engaging and responsive pages.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates for existing websites.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed and search engine rankings.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on project requirements and design consistency.
  • Test website performance across various browsers and devices.
  • Continuously learn and apply new web technologies and best practices.
  • Perform any other related ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Students with good results are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field. An associate degree or diploma in web development or a related discipline can also be acceptable.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, its themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with Elementor page builder is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SEO and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva for web design graphics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
