Existing BSN Micro/i PKBC customers who have completed at least 3 years financing with BSN or BSN Micro/i PKBC customers who have fully settled the earlier financing.

Permanent resident of Perkampungan Baru Cina as confirmed by the Pegawai Kemajuan Perkampungan (PKP).

Business is operated full time.

Sole Proprietorship / Partnership

  • A valid Business Registration with SSM or Business License with Local Authority (LA) / Certificate of Practice (for Professional business)
  • Confirmation letter from the Pegawai Kemajuan Perkampungan (PKP) stating the applicant is a permanent resident of Perkampungan Baru Cina
  • A copy of NRIC of sole proprietor / partners
  • Latest 2 years of Management Account
  • Latest 6 months of Company’s Bank Statement
  • Any other supporting documents as required by the Bank

Private Limited Company

  • Certified True Copy (CTC) of the followings:
  • Form 9, 24, 44, 49
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A)
  • Confirmation letter from the Pegawai Kemajuan Perkampungan (PKP) stating the applicant is a permanent resident of Perkampungan Baru Cina
  • A copy of NRIC of all Directors / Shareholders / Guarantors (if any)
  • Latest 2 years of Audited Accounts / Management Accounts
  • Latest 6 months of Company’s Bank Statement
  • Any other supporting documents as required by the Bank
