The BRAVE initiative offers end-to-end support through three main pillars:
Secure up to RM1 million at a competitive profit rate of up to 3.5% per annum via P2P Nusa Kapital Sdn Bhd. As an added bonus, up to 20% of the principal may be converted into a grant or rebate for good paymasters.
Receive hands-on guidance and structured support from professional mentors. Training covers critical areas such as corporate governance, risk assessment, IPO requirements, and investor engagement.
Benefit from regular progress tracking based on specific business milestones and listing-readiness criteria.
To be considered for the BRAVE Programme, your SME must meet the following guidelines:
Be Bumiputera-owned or have majority (>50%) Bumiputera equity.
Fulfill the official SME definition and be registered in Malaysia.
Have been in operation for a minimum of two (2) years.
Demonstrate healthy financials (profitable or positive cash flow) and hold a satisfactory credit rating (CTOS/CCRIS).
Align your financing purpose with scaling and pre-listing activities.
Preference is given to: High-performing SMEs with annual revenue between RM10 million and RM50 million, and those committing to the full capacity-building programme.
