Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior
  • To utilize digital tools (WhatsApp business, Email marketing software, AI tools , etc) for task assignment and execution for sales and marketing activities.
