Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior
- To utilize digital tools (WhatsApp business, Email marketing software, AI tools , etc) for task assignment and execution for sales and marketing activities.
