Job Description
- Candidate currently studying Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience is not needed as your passions of working towards the industry is main prioritize
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay (speak & write)
- Experience in web design / page management is an added advantage
- Experience in Adobe Photo-shop, Canva or any photo or video editing software is an added advantage
- Knowledge of various social media platform
Job Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate for design of marketing material such as brochures, banner, advertisement for social media, web page etc
- Maintaining and update the web page and social media platform periodically
- Brainstorm new and creative content to produce advertising material or videos
- Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return, and warranty policies).
- Set and achieve targets for the sales department.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies.
- Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
- Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.
- Analyze market trends.
- Monitor competition and follow current developments.
- Supporting and follow-up on clients and prospects project status.
- Find prospective customers and new target segments.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
