Job Description

  • Maintain full set of Accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Reviewing of month-end reports and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare schedules and analysis for statutory audit and tax submission.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures & related statutory, and tax requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Liaise with external parties including financial institutions, auditors and government bodies.
  • Assists in any ad hoc task assignments as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or Diploma holder in Accounting and/or Finance are encourage to apply, or other relevant professional certification.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel or Google Sheet
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
