Job Description
- Maintain full set of Accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Reviewing of month-end reports and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare schedules and analysis for statutory audit and tax submission.
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures & related statutory, and tax requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Liaise with external parties including financial institutions, auditors and government bodies.
- Assists in any ad hoc task assignments as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or Diploma holder in Accounting and/or Finance are encourage to apply, or other relevant professional certification.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel or Google Sheet
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
